O' Sunna,
Glory of alfar,
you rise in the sky,
rays radiating light to all they touch.
You touch my heart,
Heaven's Jewel,
and fill my soul with warmth and calm.
You rise, and rest,
Cycling through each new day,
bringing us guidance and glory,
and filling Midgard with life.
